Your SA302 from HMRC shows your income and tax calculation for a specific tax year. Mortgage Lenders will request your most recent SA302s to verify your income. Here’s how to download them:
Start by logging into your online HMRC account via the Government Gateway. You’ll need your user ID and password.
Once logged in, go to the “Self Assessment” section on your account dashboard. If you’re registered for Self Assessment, this option will be available.
In the Self Assessment area, select “More details about your Self Assessment.” This will show you your submitted tax returns and other options.
Choose the relevant tax year you need the SA302 for and click 'Go'.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'View return'
From the righthand navigation, select 'View your calculation'
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'View and print your full calculation'
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Print your full calculation'
From the printing options pop-up, choose your destination printer as 'Print to PDF' and choose your preferred file destination to save the document to.
It’s wise to keep a backup copy of your SA302 in your records, especially if you’re using it to apply for a mortgage or loan.

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
IMPORTANT: With investments, your capital is at risk. Pensions and investments can go down in value as well as up, so you could get back less than you invest.
