HSBC:

How to get your Bank Statements from HSBC

Banks will request to see up to three months worth of Bank Statements from all your current accounts. These must be in a specific format, not just screenshots from your banking app.

Please follow the instructions below to download your statements as a HSBC customer:

Online Banking

01 - Visit the HSBC website and log in to your online banking account with your security details.

02 - From your dashboard, click on the account you need statements for.

03 - In your account menu select 'Statements'.

04 - Select the year and month of the statement you require.

05 - Click “Download” to save the statement to your computer.

06 - Repeat the above steps to obtain all necessary statements.

Mobile App

01 - Open the HSBC app and log in to your account.

02 - Choose the account you need, then select '... View more' under your account balance

03 - Select 'View statements' from the next screen

04 - Choose the year and month of the statement you wish to download

05 - Click the download icon in the top righthand corner

06 - Choose your preferred method to save or share the statement, such as 'Save to Files'
